These terms govern your use of gabacool.games (the "Site"), operated by GabaCool Games ("we", "us"). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general information about GabaCool Games and its projects. You may view and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in breach of applicable law.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including game titles, logos, artwork, text and code — is owned by GabaCool Games or its licensors and is protected under the Finnish Copyright Act (tekijänoikeuslaki 404/1961) and applicable trademark law. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Third-party content and links

The Site may display third-party media (such as embedded images) or link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third parties.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Finnish law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under Finnish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights granted to consumers under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are resolved by the competent Finnish courts, with the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus) as the court of first instance where mandatory consumer rules do not provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you may also refer a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta, kuluttajariita.fi) after first contacting the Consumer Advisory Services (kuluttajaneuvonta). EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
